Ownership & Usage
All commissioned work remains my property until full payment is received.
You are not permitted to use, publish, distribute, modify, or claim ownership of the work until the project is fully paid.
Once full payment is received, ownership/usage rights transfer to you unless otherwise agreed in writing.
I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio, social media, or for promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise beforehand.
Payment Terms
Payment methods will be agreed upon before work begins.
For clients I do not personally know or trust, a non-refundable upfront deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before work starts.
The remaining balance must be paid before final files, assets, or access are delivered.
All amounts do not include platform taxes. They will be added on at the end.
Delays
Delays may happen at any time for any reason.
Delays are not required to be communicated to the user.
Any completion dates / times are subject to change at any time without notice.
Completion & Abandoned Projects
Once a project is marked as completed, the client has 7 days to submit payment.
If payment is not received within 7 days (without prior communication or a valid reason), the project may:
Be cancelled,
Be repurposed,
Be sold or licensed to another client,
Or remain unused at my discretion.
Failure to respond within that timeframe is considered agreement to these terms.
Cancellation
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason (including lack of communication, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these terms).
If cancelled by me:
Any unused portion of upfront payment may be refunded at my discretion.
If cancelled by the client:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Work completed up to that point remains my property unless paid for in full
Revisions
A reasonable number of revisions may be included (to be discussed before the project begins).
Major revisions or changes outside the original scope may require additional payment.
Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all necessary assets, information, and feedback in a timely manner.
Delays in communication may delay project completion.
The client is responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any assets provided to me
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable.
Full refunds will not be issued once substantial work has begun.
Refunds (if any) are at my discretion.
Liability
I am not responsible for:
Platform policy violations caused by how the client uses the work.
Account bans, moderation actions, or misuse after delivery.
Third-party issues (hosting downtime, Roblox updates breaking scripts, etc.).
Agreement
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
